• The NCC from each institution must fill out the institution registration form for their institution's delegation

• There will be a cap of 9 delegates per institution

  • Space permitting, this cap may be relaxed. Please make sure to have the names of all delegates who you would like to guarantee attendance, as well as any delegates who you would like to submit for attendance if space allows.​

• After completing the institution registration form, the NCC is responsible for making sure all delegates (including the NCC!) complete the delegate registration form

• Only delegates who are confirmed to attend or included in the option for additional attendees (if space permits) should complete the delegate registration form; alternates should only complete the delegate registration form if they are replacing an attending delegate.

  • In order for a swap with an alternate to be confirmed, the NCC must inform the registration chair via email at registr.swacurh2019@gmail.com​ by October 3rd.

  • Alternates must have the same gender (if not opting-in to gender neutral housing) and room preferences (gender-neutral vs. gender specific housing) as the delegate they're replacing
